The first group of its kind, the Executive Members Group is destined to be the largest referral and lead generating real estate network in North America. Founded and lead by a fellow REALTOR®, we are looking for REALTORS® from each community across North America to receive leads and referrals. If you received an invitation to join, you are one of the lucky ones.
Associate Membership - No Fee
Our Associate Membership is our entry level membership whose sole purpose is to receive referrals that originated from confirmed and verified leads arising from our Customer Capture Site and/or from our fellow Realtors within the membership. These referrals all require a 25% referral fee paid after closing. We usually like to have at least one dependable member in each area to take these referrals to ensure referral coverage of all locations. Our Associate members do not have the exclusive rights at this level as we want the flexibility to ensure the referrals are handled correctly and in a timely manner and that the clients are being serviced properly. Associate Members are active only when we do not have an Executive Member servicing the area.
Executive Membership - Yearly Membership Fee
Our Executive Membership is our core membership; each member is given the exclusive rights to all incoming leads and referrals to their selling area with the exception of cities that are larger than 500,000 people, which can have more than one member for each 250,000 in population. Our Executive Members are also given full access and use of our Customer Capture Site for the purpose of daily lead generation and are given all incoming Referrals from our fellow Realtors within the membership. Executive Members do not pay any referral fees for any sales that originated from our Customer Capture Site but pay a yearly membership fee instead. This actually ends up being more cost effective then paying Referral Fees on each deal as the Associate Members does which gives the Executive Members more earned income to put towards advertizing within their selling area. Executive Members handle all the incoming leads directly.
Executive Plus - Yearly Membership Fee
Our Executive Plus Members receive everything that the Executive Members do, plus the use of our Verification and Confirmation team who prescreen all incoming leads providing the members real, live, confirmed, and verified people.

With the exeption of communities greater then 500,000, having only one Executive Member from each community ensures that members will have the greatest opportunity to be successful.
This will happen by providing our members all of their incoming LEADS and REFERRALS for their area.
For us to establish your online marketting campaign you must already have a funtional website and email to get started. Aswell, the candidate must be a REALTOR®, and a member of their local Real Estate board.
